In such an event, a refund can be made, or the booking can be carried forward—subject to availability—upon request of the patron. Any cancellation made after the 24-hour deadline will not be eligible for any refund or carry forward.
Approved Refunds: Approved refunds will be credited within 10 to 15 working days.
No-Show Policy: Failing to show up will result in the payment being forfeited, making it strictly non-refundable.
