1. General

Pickleball 61 is operated by DB WELLNESS AND FITNESS CENTRE.

Hours of Operation:
Pickleball timings: 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Badminton timings: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM

  • Entry Requirements: Entry is permitted only with a confirmed Booking through the website and an entry QR code.
  • Fees: The fee structure is available on our Website.

2. Use of Facilities

  • Permitted Activities: Tournaments, academy training, personal training, and leisure bookings. Any other type of booking is subject to prior written acceptance by Management at their sole discretion.
  • Booking Requirements: All bookings must be completed prior to using the facility. Spot bookings will not be accepted.
  • Time Limits: Strictly as booked and confirmed through the website.
  • Equipment Use: Once playing equipment is utilized, it must be returned to the facility management in good condition without any damage. Any damage caused will incur extra charges.

3. Conduct and Behavior

  • Code of Conduct: It is expected that persons playing will follow general decency and decorum during their stay at the facility, including sportsmanship, proper language, and respect for others. Any abusive language, indecent behavior, or actions outside the norms of public decency will not be tolerated. The booking may be summarily canceled and the patron asked to leave the premises.
  • Prohibited Activities: Fighting, vandalism, substance abuse, or alcohol consumption within the sports facility premises is strictly prohibited. Management reserves the right to take all necessary action, including asking the patron to leave and prohibiting any future entry.
  • Dress Code: Proper sports attire with turf shoes (Flats) is required. NO boots with studs, running shoes, or similar footwear will be permitted on the court.

4. Safety and Liability

  • The facility is not responsible for any injuries sustained while using the premises or while playing.
  • Payment Terms: All fees must be paid prior to booking.

5. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • Modification Clause: The facility retains the right to change these terms and conditions, providing notice to users.
  • Notification: Patrons will be notified by email, WhatsApp, or text message if their mail address and/or mobile contact number is registered on the system.
